As soon as you’ve paid a one-time Service Fee to reserve our team’s time, we’ll collect information about your travel plans and pet(s), including their vet records. We’ll communicate with your vet on vaccination requirements, advise purchasing a travel crate, and consult with you on how and when your pet(s) can safely reach their final destination.
Next, we’ll develop your custom Travel Plan & Timeline—presenting you with travel routing options, pricing, and information on travel restrictions so you can make the best decisions for you and your best friend(s). We’ll set their move date, get to work on any government endorsement and quarantine requirements, and continue working with your vet on necessary checkups and vaccinations.
Once you’ve reviewed and approved your Travel Plan & Timeline, our team will manage all travel bookings with airlines, ground transport partners, and boarding facilities, submit all necessary paperwork, and finalize your Pet Travel Itinerary. We will bill you in as few installments as possible for your pet(s)’ required costs—such as travel reservations, mailing fees, and government processing fees.
While your fur baby—or babies—take to the road or sky, we will coordinate with all travel partners to make sure the journey goes as planned. You will receive regular updates throughout their trip. Should any last-minute travel changes occur, we’ll jump in to adjust their itinerary as needed.
Along the way, we’ll send you tips for travel preparation and new home acclimation. Pets can display some strange behaviors when they’re settling into a new environment—some of which require your attention while others are totally normal. We’ve done this thousands of times and can equip you for a successful transition.
After your reunion, we’re still here if you need us! We’ll save copies of your pet records in case they need to travel or move again.
